I received an email from Hairsite the other day, and that prompted me to add a bit more to my blog. So far I've been editing the same post, which I suppose is not the way you are supposed to do it, so I've decided to 'append'.
Interestingly, there is a link to a Woods patient who had 8500 grafts transplanted. Here is the link: http://www.hairsite4.com/dc/dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=12&topic_id=54153&mode=full&page=
And here is a link to a video: http://www.thewoodstechnique.com/uploads/MOV00061.MPG
If you take a look a the video you will see that it has been taken under dark lighting conditions. You should assume that this has been done deliberately to hide the true results of the procedure. if you don't want to assume this then you have some alternative explanations:
1) From Dr Woods: When transferred from film to movie file, it became darker.
2) From hairsite: The video was taken under normal room lighting. Sometimes it gets a bit darker when the footage is transferred to the internet.
That explains it of course! How silly am I? You see, digital technology (including the Internet it seems) has not yet resolved the common problem of transferring bits without them (conveniently) becoming darker. No doubt Woods' clever engineer brother will come up with a solution; We'll just have to wait and see. In the mean time, I suggest you stop using Video Cameras, the Internet, YouTube, etc., until hairsite and woods have come up with the solution to the problem of bits darkening during the transferring of video.
This doesn't explain, however, why all Woods' images of patients prior to the procedure are in bright lighting and all images of patients after the procedure are in dark lighting, but I'm sure you can work this out for yourselves.

close up? And we can see what's really going on? I know many people who have had transplants and know what 1800 grafts can provide with coberage depending on the area that has to be covered. On that note. I seen many in person results from Woods . Hasson and Wong and Dr. Wolf. Ones I think are tops in ht's and all looked great. Your results or anyothers all depend on haircharecteristics how much area you are covering (graft amounts) and realistic expectations.
Please show before photos close up
I will get some close ups.
I had written much more than this, but on previewing and going back everything I'd written had disappeared.
Google/Blogger, you need a good kickin for that. DONT SHOW A PREVIEW BUTTON IF YOU CANT GO BACK TO THE TEXT YOU HAVE JUST WRITTEN AND CHANGE IT!
